How much does a consultation cost?
Nothing. It's a conversation about your project — what you want, what it might cost, whether we're a fit.
Do I have to use your remodeler?
No. The consultation and everything on this site are free to use however you like.
How long does a typical remodel take?
A refresh: 2–4 weeks. A mid-range remodel: 6–10 weeks. Full custom with layout changes: 3–5 months. Erie permit timelines are included in those ranges.
Will you sell my information?

My house is old. Is that a problem?
Most of Erie's housing stock predates 1960 — so no, it's the norm. Old houses hide surprises (knob-and-tube, galvanized pipe), which is why the cost guide includes a contingency note.
